Meet Paul
Paul Gyodo Agostinelli has been practicing meditation for over thirty years and teaching for twenty. His heart-centered focus in this space has allowed him to carve a nourishing path toward presence and balance around work, family, and personal responsibilities. He’s also been an entrepreneurial leader for decades and has worked with scores of professionals to help them become more centered in their work.
Paul loves showing people how simply turning inward can radically change their relationship with the external world. At the center of this philosophy is his relationship with his family: his wife, Aria, and five kids, ages 12 to 28.
